The C.O.R.E. Healing Map
The C.O.R.E. Framework is the process I use to help you move through the Red Thread Healing Paradigm. It offers a gentle structure for working with what feels tangled while also making space for what is ready to emerge.
Rather than giving you answers or telling you who you need to become, C.O.R.E. helps you develop a deeper relationship with yourself. It creates a pathway for understanding what is happening within you, working compassionately with what you discover, and allowing that awareness to shape how you move forward.
Whether you are untangling what has interrupted the flow of love or remembering who you are and where your Magnetic Heart is leading you, C.O.R.E. gives you a way to meet yourself along the way.
It is not about fixing yourself. It is about learning how to work with yourself—so that, little by little, you can live and choose from a place that feels more fully your own.
A Gentle Path from Untangling to Remembering
UNTANGLE & REMEMBER
How it Works
Every healing journey is unique, but the process of learning to work with what arises follows a similar rhythm. The C.O.R.E. Framework offers a simple, compassionate map to help you navigate that journey, one step at a time.
C — Conscious Awareness
Notice what is happening now.
Healing begins with awareness—not by searching the past or trying to fix yourself, but by gently noticing what is alive in this moment.
Sometimes we become aware of what feels contracted: a tightening in the body, an overreaction, a recurring fear, or a familiar pattern. These moments quietly reveal where the natural flow of love has been interrupted.
Other times, we notice something entirely different: a spark of joy, a dream that won't leave us alone, a deep sense of peace, or a longing we can't explain. These are the gentle whispers of your Magnetic Heart, inviting you toward the life that has always been yours.
Conscious Awareness simply asks us to notice both—the knot and the calling. Both are already present. Both are expressions of your Red Thread. And both are worthy of your attention.
O — Ownership
Turn inward with compassion.
Once we notice, we gently turn inward.
Rather than asking, Why did this happen? or Who caused this?,
we begin asking a different question: Where is this living in me?
Ownership is not about blame. It is about relationship. Whatever is asking for our attention—whether it is a wound that still aches or a dream that keeps calling—is already present within us. We don't have to search the past to find it or chase the future to discover it.
By meeting what is alive within us with curiosity instead of judgment, we create the space for healing, remembering, and the next step to naturally unfold.
R — Retrieve & Release
Untangle what interrupted love. Remember what has always been true.
This is the heart of the work.
Sometimes our Red Thread has become tangled. Life asked us to adapt, to protect ourselves, or to carry what was never ours. The natural flow of love became interrupted.
Untangling asks: What interrupted the flow of love?
Through practices such as Family Constellations, Focusing, SoulCollage®, C.O.R.E. Healing, and other gentle listening practices, we untangle the places where love became stuck so it can begin to flow again.
Other times, our thread has simply stretched so far that we've lost touch with the quiet wisdom of our own hearts. We long for deeper meaning, clearer direction, or a life that feels more fully our own.
Remembering asks: What has always been true about me?
Through Tarot Constellations, Numerology, the Enneagram, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, and the Inner Compass, we remember the gifts, purpose, and deeper pattern that have been guiding us all along.
Untangling heals the interruption. Remembering restores the direction.
One returns love to its natural flow.
The other returns you to the wisdom of your Magnetic Heart.
E — Engage
Live from a new place.
Healing doesn't end with insight. It unfolds through the choices we make each day—one conversation, one boundary, one act of courage, one small step toward the life your heart has been quietly asking you to live.
Little by little, those choices become new ways of being. The old patterns begin to soften, and the Red Thread becomes easier to trust. Not because life is perfect, but because you have learned to listen—and to follow where your heart is leading.
Two Questions That Can Change a Life
Every offering I provide begins with one of two questions.
What interrupted the flow of love?
or
What is my heart inviting me to do?
Some people come because they need to untangle.
Others come because they long to remember.
Most discover they are being invited into both.
Because healing is not only about releasing what no longer belongs to us.
It is also about becoming who we have always been.
The only question is:
Where is your heart inviting you to begin?
Choose the path that feels most alive for you.
